The Catalyst Kids Curriculum Coordinator shall serve and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of the Vision and Mission of Catalyst Church: “To glorify God by loving all people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ”. (Matthew 22:36-40; Matthew 28:19-20)
Essential Duties and Core Responsibilities
The Catalyst Kids Curriculum Coordinator’s responsibilities are to work in conjunction with Catalyst Church as a whole. The Catalyst Kids Curriculum Coordinator reports and answers directly to the Children’s Director. The Catalyst Kids Curriculum Coordinator is effectively working to champion and implement the Vision and Mission of the Children’s Director, the Vision and Mission of the Childrens Ministry, and overall functions of Catalyst Church.
Catalyst Kids Curriculum Coordinator
Push forward the vision for how we execute and utilize Curriculum for both Small Group and Large Group Environments
Oversee the editing process of all Small Group Curriculum
Review edited Small Group Curriculum and finalize
Distribute and communicate Small Group Curriculum at the beginning of each month to the Catalyst Kids Volunteer Teams
Recruit/Develop/Lead an Admin Team who prepares distribution of curriculum to Small Groups
Ensure that volunteers remain healthy and that the team is staffed to maximum health
Regularly train/develop members of the Admin Team
Consistently evaluate what needs to be improved and grown in regard to Curriculum and our process for how it is implemented and assembled
Ensure that the resource room stays organized, easy to access, and stocked with needed supplies
Order supplies as needed to meet the requirements of the curriculum
Regularly communicate with the admin team to let them know what is expected and required of them each week
Regular visits to campus locations (roughly every 6 weeks) to evaluate the use of the curriculum and adjust as needed.
Develop and maintain a consistent process of communicating with the small groups team to see what the needed supplies are and what would be most helpful to the Small Group Leaders leading on the weekends
Work with Admin Team to ensure that the curriculum is ready to go each and every weekend
Regularly communicate with and assist Catalyst Kids Coordinators to ensure that the vision is being effectively carried out on each campus and that they are supplied with all needed materials to execute the weekends with excellence
General
Attend all Catalyst Kids Meetings
Assume responsibilities for any additional Catalyst Kids Events or Projects as assigned by the Children’s Director.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
A follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of Catalyst Church.
Possess the ability to demonstrate a commitment to the overall Vision and Mission of Catalyst Church and exhibit a heart that “Loves God, Loves Each Other, and Loves Our World”.
Possess the ability to demonstrate a commitment to the overall Vision and Mission of the Family Ministry and the Childrens Ministry.

Attendance
Attend scheduled services, and activities as necessary unless approved by Children’s Director
Present in the environment for all weekend services with the exception of the one personally attending
Maintain regular office hours within the requirements established by the Children’s Director.
Availability to attend meetings when necessary, outside of normal office hours.
Attend and maintain a personal worship experience.
Attend required trainings for the Catalyst Kids team during and outside of normal business hours, unless directed by the Children’s Director.
